TheKdCing Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”) develops Android applications and games, including Number Escape (“the App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and stored when you use Number Escape and how you can contact us regarding privacy questions.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Number Escape does not require users to create an account or provide an email address, phone number, postal address, or other personal information to play the game.

The App stores certain game data locally on the user's device, which may include:

• Current stage/progress
• Highest unlocked stage
• Best score
• Selected game mode
• Selected visual theme
• Selected pop-effect style
• Music preference

This locally stored information is used only to provide game functionality and remember the user's preferences and progress.

The App does not upload this locally stored game progress to our own servers.

2. ADVERTISING

Number Escape uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements, including interstitial ads and rewarded ads.

Google and its advertising partners may automatically process certain information through the Google Mobile Ads SDK for purposes such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service operation. Depending on the SDK configuration and applicable settings, this may include information such as:

• IP address
• App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Device and advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID where available

Such information is handled by Google and its advertising partners according to their applicable privacy policies and settings.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information handled directly by the App only to:

• Save and restore game progress and preferences locally on the device
• Provide game functionality
• Improve stability and user experience
• Display and operate advertisements through Google Mobile Ads

We do not sell users' personal information.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not operate our own user-data collection server for Number Escape.

However, third-party service providers such as Google Mobile Ads may process information as part of providing advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and related services.

Their handling of information is governed by their own applicable privacy policies and terms.

5. DATA SECURITY

Game progress and preferences stored locally remain on the user's device unless the user clears the App's data, uninstalls the App, or otherwise removes the stored data.

Information transmitted by third-party advertising services is handled according to the security practices of those services.

Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Because Number Escape does not require user accounts and does not maintain user accounts on our own servers, we do not have an account database to delete.

Locally stored game data can be removed by:

• Clearing the App's storage/data in Android settings; or
• Uninstalling the App.

Advertising-related data handled by Google may be subject to Google's own retention, privacy, and advertising controls.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Number Escape is a general-audience puzzle game designed for a broad range of users. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Where advertising or other third-party services are subject to additional child-directed requirements, those services and applicable Google policies may apply.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Number Escape uses third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), for advertising.

Third-party services may independently process information as described in their own privacy policies.

9. PRIVACY CHOICES

Depending on the user's location, device, and applicable laws, users may have choices regarding personalized advertising and advertising identifiers through Android settings and Google's advertising/privacy controls.

Users in regions such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may also be presented with applicable consent choices for personalized advertising in accordance with Google's consent requirements and applicable law.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our services, applicable laws, or third-party services.

Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
